Once you have completed the driver’s education course you are entitled to a certificate of completion. This certificate can either be mailed or picked up from our office. You are responsible for ensuring that the address on record is accurate.
Replacement Certificates: There is a $20 fee for a replacement certificate if for any reason there is a need to have one reissued.
Legal Name: You must enter your name as it is written on your birth certificate including first, middle, and last name. If you provide us with an inaccurate name or a nickname and DMV rejects the certificate, you will be responsible for paying the reissue fee of $20
Before you go to DMV for your permit test, you must be at least 15 ½, but under 18 years of age
Have the proper form(s) for driver education and/or driver training classes.
Complete our online Driver Education course and you will received a completion certificate OL 237
At least be Enroll in the Behind the Wheel and you will received an Enrollment certificate OL392
To Enroll in our Behind the Wheel program you must reside in one of the followings cities
