Certificate Processing Terms and Conditions

Once you have completed the driver’s education course you are entitled to a certificate of completion.  This certificate can either be mailed or picked up from our office.  You are responsible for ensuring that the address on record is accurate.

Replacement Certificates:  There is a $20 fee for a replacement certificate if for any reason there is a need to have one reissued.

Legal Name:  You must enter your name as it is written on your birth certificate including first, middle, and last name.  If you provide us with an inaccurate name or a nickname and DMV rejects the certificate, you will be responsible for paying the reissue fee of $20

Teen Driver

Before you go to DMV for your permit test, you must be at least 15 ½, but under 18 years of age
Have the proper form(s) for driver education and/or driver training classes.
Complete our online Driver Education course and you will received a completion certificate OL 237

At least be Enroll in the Behind the Wheel and you will received an Enrollment certificate OL392
To Enroll in our Behind the Wheel program you must reside in one of the followings cities
CA: Aguanga, Anza, Canyon Lake, Gilman Hot Springs, Hemet, Homeland, Lake Elsinore, Lakeview, Menifee, Mountain Center, Murrieta, Nuevo, Quail Valley, Romoland, San Jacinto, Sun City, Temecula, Wildomar, Winchester, Bonsail,  Fallbrook, Rainbow,

• Complete and submit an original application form DL 44 (Only an original DL 44 form will be accepted)
• Provide your social security number on the DL 44.
• Have both of your parents' or guardians' signatures on the DL 44 application form
• Give a thumb print
• Have your picture taken
• Bring your original birth certificate or a certified copy.
• Provide your full legal name
• Pay the application fee
• Pass a vision exam
• Pass a traffic laws and sign test.
